WHAT TO DO WHEN (1.50)

Moderated Panel of Legal Professionals

What happens when your CD-archived files are damaged or corrupt?  Can you certify and/or produce a transcript from another court reporter’s notes?  How do you correct an error in a transcript once it’s been filed?  Do you have to provide a transcript to a party who didn’t participate in takedown?
